Welcome to New India Vikas Trust (NIVT). Please read the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before engaging with our services, programs, or initiatives, including the NIDM (New India Digital Mission).

By participating in or accessing any services provided by NIDM or NIVT, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

New India Vikas Trust (NIVT) is a non-profitable charitable trust registered under the Indian Trust Act, 1882 (Regd. No. 1779/1804/2015/4/8). We are also an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Organization, recognized by the Government of India.

NIDM/NIVT promotes and facilitates:

Educational Development
Social Welfare Initiatives
Publishing and Knowledge Sharing
Food & Water Services
Health & Medical Support
Construction and Infrastructure Projects

2. NIDM Program

NIDM – New India Digital Mission is a skill development initiative by NIVT aiming to:

Promote digital literacy across the nation
Provide affordable, recognized digital education
Equip individuals with skills for personal and professional growth

3. Eligibility

NIVT services are open to individuals who:

Meet course prerequisites (if applicable)
Provide accurate registration information
Agree to follow these Terms and participate ethically

4. Registration & Participation

Participants must:

Register with correct personal and academic details
Respect learning environment rules and policies
Use materials and resources responsibly

NIVT reserves the right to terminate participation for violations or misconduct.

5. Fees and Payments

Most programs are free or low-cost. Some services or certifications may require nominal fees. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Certification

Upon successful course completion, eligible students may receive a government-recognized certificate if they:

Fulfill attendance and participation requirements
Pass the necessary evaluations or assessments

All content, logos, and course materials provided by NIVT are the intellectual property of the Trust. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

NIVT is not liable for:

Employment outcomes after certification
Losses from third-party use or technical issues
External service interruptions beyond our control
